Archery is defined as �the art, practice or skill of shooting with bow and arrow.� It has been around for thousands of years in all parts of the world, and its use has played an important role in creating empires and shaping cultures. Today, archery is mainly a recreational activity with target archery and field archery ranking as the most popular competitive forms worldwide. This sport conditions the body and mind and is suitable for people of all ages and sizes, with success relying a lot on strategy and technique.

At Orange & Blue Archery, we turn an ancient activity into an opportunity to have fun, socialize and get fit, all while learning how to excel in this unique sport. Our goal is to bring together people with a common interest in archery and help them further pursue it. We are a new University of Florida club passionate and enthusiastic about what we stand for and are welcoming all those interested in joining.
